About This Project

A 5-storey concrete framed residential building including a single storey basement.   Due to the proximity of an underground Thames Water trunk sewer, the building was founded on a reinforced concrete raft.  Ground analysis was carried out to determine the impact on the sewer.  Discussion with Thames Water Ground Consultants led to an acceptable solution that met with the Thames Water design criterion.
